Dr. Farrett graduated second in his class with multiple honors from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1995. Prior to attending Temple University, Dr. Farrett graduated from New York University with a B.A. cum laude in three years. Dr. Farrett successfully completed a reconstructive surgical residency at Presbyterian/St Lukes (Highlands) from 1995 to 1998. He continues to be an active attending and member of the Residency Committee at Highlands/PSL residency program. He is part-time faculty in the Department of Surgery at Presbyterian/St Lukes in Denver. Dr. Farrett began private practice in Englewood, Colorado and now practices in Lone Tree, Colorado and Parker, Colorado. In addition, he services satellite clinics in Denver and Leadville, Colorado. Dr. Farrett is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Farrett has lectured to diverse audiences and authored multiple papers regarding innovative care of the lower extremities. He is currently coordinating a multi-centered study regarding advanced treatment of plantar fasciitis. Dr. Farrett is Co-Founder of the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute with Drs. Paul Stone and Matthew Paden. Dr. Farrett lives in Parker and Leadville, Colorado with Rachel, Tabor, and Carson. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and endurance sports. He is an avid runner who has completed the Leadville 100 mile foot race twice and multiple 50 mile foot races.
